    The EXCLUSIVE distributor of Chery Auto here in the Philippines is in need of:

    Training Specialist

    Primary responsible in conducting technical and non – technical for all dealership network

    Technical - Conducts Automotive Servicing using the progressive training program and monitor technician’s competency level and designing a special training program that will fit the service personal level.

    Non-Technical - Evaluates working performance of Dealership Service Advisor, Warranty Administrator, Dealer In-house Instructor (Non-technical skills) if still in the standard. Facilitates and assists certification of dealership’s service for Non-technical personnel. Performs training administration works to facilitate Non-technical training programs.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Conducts individual and team skills and competency gap analysis.

    2. Develops and conducts technical training course for all levels.

    3. Closely coordinates product-related training, including presentation for new features and simulation activities.

    4. Ensures all newly hired will undergo basic automotive technical training.

    5. Liaises with industry experts and organize workshop and classroom training style.

    6. Measures the improvements in employees job performance at the end of each course

    7. Gathers feedback from trainees and instructor and recommend suggestion to learning process.

    8. Implements the planned activities and events within the approved budget. Produce training materials and distribute to trainees.

    9. Assist in developing strategic plan.

    Performs other work assigned from time to time by the VP for Aftersales and Technical Training Manager

    EDUCATION

    Graduate of Engineering course or any 4 yr course,

    KNOWLEDGE

    Customer Service OrientedComputer Literate

    Knowledge in after sales management

    SKILLS

    Good customer service skills

    Interpersonal skills

    Leadership skills

    People Management Skills

    Social Skills

    EXPERIENCE

    3-5 years experience in automotive industry

    CHARACTER

    Hardworking, Self Starter
