Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or any related field or its equivalent
At least 4-years of relevant working experience in Training, Learning, and Development
HR- Related training is advantageous but not required
Must be able to manage overall training and development activities
Must be able to propose improvements in related activities and projects
Flexible, adaptable and accommodating
Service oriented
Has an ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Willing to be assigned at Murata Innovators, Inc. Santo Tomas, Batangas.
