  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    1、Assisting superiors in training, planning and building a training system.

    2、Responsible for general course design and development

    3、Responsible for new employee training

    4. Assist the superiors to organize and train the training team

    5、accomplish task arranged by superiors

    Qualifications:

    1、 College graduate or undergraduate, with related majors in economics and management is an advantage.

    2、Have at least 1 year experience in training, curriculum development and teaching;

    3、Be able to quickly learn the relevant content of the company's business, combining business with training, and build a training system;

    4、Must have experience in creating training system or management experience in large group setting;

    5、Experienced in the creating of training materials and course library, relevant industry training experience is preferred.

    NOTE: Must know how to speak Chinese

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Salary: Php105,000.00 to Php175,000.00 /month
