  • Qualifications:

    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field;

    - Preferably with at least 5 years experience in the related field is

    required for this position;

    - Proficiency in MS Office, specifically with Powerpoint


    - Experience being directly involved in curriculum/module


    - Willing to travel; if needed

    - Full-time position available

    The duties and responsibilities of the position are the following:

    - Creates training modules for leadership and Network


    - Amends and revises training programs as necessary, to

    adapt to changes occurring within the industry;

    - Conducts training and seminars in all branches of the company

    - Prepared to be a Speaker at any time, if a

    scheduled speaker is not available;

    - Works to establish mutual trust and cooperation between the

    training team and Distributors;

    - Provides support to the Head of the Marketing on training and


    - Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by

    the immediate superior.

  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Commercial skills / Networking, Speaking in public
  • Availability for travel: Yes
  • Availability for change of residence: Yes
