  • -Assist the Recognition and Events in coordination for requirements for Sales events and trips incentive and recognition, such as but not limited to:

    -Coordination with 3rd party suppliers such as venue, hotel, food, event, transportation and travel, etc. to ensure requirements are complete and smooth execution of event/trip

    - Administrative tasks related to procurement of goods, materials and services needed for events and trips ex. PR and PO, contract routing

    - Other administrative tasks – gate passes, follow up and monitoring of payments to suppliers

    - Internal and external communication of event and trip announcements via email such as Outlook and Eloqua, SMS, Facebook

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - College Graduate

    - At least 1 year relevant experience

    -Experience in mounting events, coordination with event suppliers, communication with involved parties
