  • TRAVEL CONSULTANT will be mainly responsible for preparing flight reservations, hotel and transport reservations. Prepare package tours and other travel services. Travel is a distinct benefit.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Handles flight bookings, reservation and land arrangement for corporate as well as individual accounts.

    Responsible for extracting customer requirements and passenger information for travel purposes.

    Checks all documentation requirements of the passenger.

    Analyzes routing/itinerary and calculates best fare for the client.

    Answers inquiries and handles complaints of passengers and submits report to the department head.

    Maintains good business relationship with clients, suppliers and global partners.

    Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

    Candidate must have experience using GDS Systems (Amadeus & Sabre)

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

    Experience in CSR in Travel industry is a plus.
