    Work as a Finance Reporting Analyst!

    Under the supervision of the Workforce Manager/Supervisor. Reporting analysts design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions. They provide a link between raw enterprise data and management, so data extraction, analysis and transformation are key job responsibilities. Reporting analysts receive requests from all members of the management team so they must have strong task prioritization skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    Data analysis

    • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality

    • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data governance processes

    • Interpret data, and analyse results using statistical techniques

    • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets

    • Identify anomalies in various data sources

    • Filter and “clean” data – working closely with our third party data provider

    Reporting

    • Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports

    • Use analysed data to create reports identifying process improvement opportunities

    • Provide insight and recommendations

    • Generate reports upon request by Reporting head

    Knowledge

    • Queries, report writing and presenting findings

    • Demonstrated understanding of the design and development of reporting tools and dashboards.

    • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)

    • Knowledge of data mining tools ( SAS, Power BI, Tableau)

    Key Competencies:

     Must exercise timeliness in reports and correspondence

     Ability to analyze data and to prepare accurate internal and external reports in a timely manner

     Exceptional leadership abilities and organizational skills

     Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and reasoning abilities Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally

     Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions

     Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions

    Work In:

    Taguig City

    Education:

     College level, graduate or undergraduate of ANY course

    Work Experience:

     2 years experience as a Finance Reporting Analyst

     Proven experience working with multiple stakeholder.

    Salary Offer:

    PHP 35,000.00 – 45,000.00 + HMO (Day 1) + Annual increase (Based on performance)
