CSR- Airline Account
Budget: PHP15000 - PHP17000/month
Location: Davao City

DUTIES:
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Developing and maintaining accurate files
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner


Minimum Requirements:
HS/SHS Graduates
A Filipino citizen or relevant holder status
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of computer and browsing navigation skills.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Must NOT be a student/Enrolled
