A Teleperformance Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality customer service to customers through inbound calls, chats or emails. The key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Providing customers with information about products and services offered by the company.
- Navigating and utilizing multiple computer systems and databases to resolve customer issues.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Meeting performance targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions in a database.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product offerings.
- Continuously striving to improve customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Senior high school
- Language(s): English
- Knowledge: Communication and persuasion
