A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing assistance to customers who have questions, concerns, or complaints about a company's products or services. The goal of a CSR is to resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, and to enhance the customer experience.

CSR common tasks include:

- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Providing product and service information
- Updating customer information in databases

Required Skills:

• Are at least a Senior high school graduate
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Have excellent English communication skills
• Have working knowledge on computers
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
