  • Description

  • Due to the lockdown related to the COVID19 pandemic, all interviews are being processed virtually/over the phone.

    Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; speaking with clients; verifying information.

    Schedules transportation for patients seeking care

    Provides superior customer service by addressing customer inquiries

    Improves data accuracy by entering client information; confirming existing data accuracy.

    Interacts with clients by obtaining demographic information

    Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

    Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.



    Education:

    Senior High School Diploma , College Graduate ,atleast 2 years completed in college with no back subjects



    Experience:

    Atleast 6 months experience working in a customer service call center or in a data processing environment; required



    Technical Skills / Knowledge:

    Customer Service Skills

    Basic MS office computer skills



    Other Skills Required:

    Fluent English

    Drive to provide superior customer service

    Ability to work independently or within a team

    Time management skills

    Written and verbal communication skills

    Attention to detail

    Must be able to demonstrate sound decision making skills
