"Urgent Hiring Non-Voice Customer Service Representatives - 17000 (Quezon City)

A Non-Voice Customer Service Representative in a BPO environment is responsible for providing support to customers through written communication channels such as email and chat. They assist customers with resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt and accurate manner
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and effective manner
Gathering customer information and documenting interactions in a database
Keeping up to date with product information and updates
Adhering to company policies and procedures when communicating with customers
Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience, particularly in a BPO setting, is preferred.

TO QUALIFY, CANDIDATE MUST:
- Have at least a HS Diploma but preferrably with a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Be willing to work in Quezon City
- Have 30-35wpm typing skills.
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work in shifting schedules"

• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion, Customer Support, Technology, Information technology
