About the role:
A call center agent is a customer service representative who handles customer inquiries and support via telephone, email, chat, or other communication channels.:

Requirements:
- at least 18 years old
- At least Highschool Graduate
- at least 3months experience
- No work experience required
- good understanding of communication systems and networks.
- Work on site

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls and provides assistance on products or services
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Processing customer orders and updating account information
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers
- Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Junior High School
• Language(s): English
