    - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

    - Both Native and Non-Native Korean speakers are welcome to apply.

    - Non-Native Applicants must have an advanced-superior proficiency in Korean Language.

    - Native Applicants must be fluent in speaking both Korean & English language.

    - With a minimum of 2 years work experience as a Technical Support/Customer Service is required for this position.

    - Must have extensive experience in Troubleshooting and Active Directory.

    - Flexible to work in any given shift schedule.

    - Amenable to work in Eton Centris, Quezon City if the need arises.
