Offer description

A Non-Voice Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible to provides support to customers through channels other than voice, such as email, chat, or social media.

Non-Voice CSR common tasks:

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through • email, chat, or social media
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Providing product and service information
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Updating customer information in databases
• resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
• enhance the customer experience.

The ideal CSR candidate must:

• Have at least a HS Diploma but preferrably with a Bachelor's Degree in any course.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
• Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software
-Can start immediately
-Willing to work in Taguig
- Have 30-35wpm typing skills.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Senior high school
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Customer service, Commercial skills / Networking, Customer Support
