  • Qualifications:

    - Must be a graduate of Accounting and Finance related courses

    - CPA license is not required but advantageous

    - Open to fresh graduates

    - Must demonstrate proven success in roles involving an Accounting area of focus

    Major Responsibilities:

    - Liaise with Supervisors or Managers on a regular basis to understand and obtain workflow and delivery timetable and client service expectations.

    - Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s Training Materials/ET’s instructions as applied to work requests.

    - Maintain working knowledge of the SDC Training Materials.

    - Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines.

    - Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures.

    - Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen.

    - Participate in training and other developmental opportunities where possible.

    - Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks while exercising professional skepticism.

    - Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.

    - Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success performing tax compliance related processes within a tax services delivery centre, leveraging various technologies such as Microsoft Office suite, tax software programs, etc., preferably for a global network of professional services firms, including in the following areas:

    - Utilizing and applying guidelines and learnings to maximize processes and delivery of high-quality


    - Working independently, prioritizing work, and multi-tasking within in fast-paced environment

    - Performing continuous training to proactively learn new processes, and a general interest in business

    and working with numbers

    - Applying knowledge to deliver work products and improve processes

    - Providing technical and process support to the Process Specialists related to the execution of work


    - Meeting or exceeding workload balance and utilization targets for the team

    - Understanding and meeting deadlines, including following up with stakeholders, as necessary

    - Supporting engagement teams across a US-based professional consulting services firm
