    Manager ensures success in overall management of VIP Services’ Reservations and Call Centre services aligned with operating procedures, internal audits, regulatory compliance, and budgeted expenses;

    Oversees VIP Services team to ensure maximization of casino room blocks and additional room requirements through close coordination with Player Development team and Hotel Reservations;

    Manage room occupancy and transportation requirements to ensure operations objectives are met; Implement inbound and outbound call services effectively;

    Updated with casino industry trends; Develop plans in order to achieve desired revenue and profitability results; Review performances to ensure business objectives are achieved;

    Performs the role of VIP Services Senior Manager as a reliever;

    Graduate of four (4) year collegiate course, preferably in business-related field;

    With at least 3 years Managerial experience in the hotel or casino industry, preferably Casino Services, Front Office, Reservations or Call Centre divisions.
