  • We are seeking an organized self-starter with excellent English communication skills candidate that can help our client with writing and community management for a U.S.-based consumer website.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    - Read and quickly respond to incoming emails from website users and contributors.

    - Perform light research and daily updates to key pages on the website. Training will be provided on how to use the website content management system (CMS).

    - Regularly scan the website to search for errors such as broken hyperlinks or images that do not load correctly.

    - Escalate issues to the website management team, for it to be addressed.

    - Take article content supplied by the editors and load the content into the CMS. Format and review the content to make sure everything looks good before publishing to the website

    - Additional website and company support responsibilities will be added over time as needed.

    JOB REQUIREMENT:

    - Graduate of any related degrees (e.g. BSIT BA Communication, Business Management, English Major, etc).

    - Candidate must be diligent in completing tasks and meeting deadlines

    - Can naturally organize and prioritize daily work or task.

    - Can be self-sufficient once up to speed (Can work independently).

    - Flexible demeanor as responsibilities may change and additional tasks may be required based on the needs of the organization as it grows.

    - Has significant experience using Google Docs, MS Office, and Social Media Platforms.

    Candidate must be a fast learner.

    - Has native English language skills - particularly strong in written communication

    - Willing to work in a night shift schedule.

    - Willing to work inside Clark.
