  • Our Australian client is looking for a full time Virtual Assistant to help with the day to day administrative tasks of the company. The successful applicant should have at least three years’ previous experience working as a virtual assistant, executive assistant or personal assistant as you will be handling a variety of tasks in the field of administration and back office support. You must be able to create Power Point presentations, use Excel, write business letters, make and receive telephone calls, be very organised, etc.

    Our office is based in Clark and you would be joining a dynamic group of people that work hard while at the same time has fun at work.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Manage calendars and set up meetings.
    • Providing administrative support as needed.
    • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
    • Able to construct and reply to emails in a professional manner.
    • Maintain project status reports / schedules based on input from team members.
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
    • Create posts to promote the company across social media channels.
    • Data gathering and collating (use of excel to crunch basic numbers into graphs/tables).
    • Create presentations using PowerPoint.
    • Knowledgeable in Excel.
    • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
    • Excellent English both written and verbal.
    • Able to speak with and understand Australian’s on the phone.
    • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
    • Other administrative tasks.

    Key Competencies & Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Excellent MS Office skills (word / power point / excel etc..).
    • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
    • Detail Oriented and comfortable to ask questions when unsure.
    • Able to take broad directions and convert to specific work instructions.
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience as Virtual Assistant.
    • At least 3 years of experience as a person assistant.
    • Bachelor degree in administration or related field.
    • Can work under pressure and independently.
    • Excellent written communication skills.


    • Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or Business Administration or similar.
