Offer description

Monday to Friday, 2 hours each day.

(10 hours per week)

You can work flexible hours, as long as work is completed before 5pm PST.

- Deleting or archiving emails as necessary

- Responding to customer queries appropriately using our FAQ database

- Sorting and marking priority on emails for the director's attention

- Confirming bookings and updating calendar and staff rotas as required

This is a new startup business, so it is likely that the role (and renumeration) will grow with time.

Who are we?

Jam Coding provides computing workshops to primary aged children throughout Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire in the UK. Our territory is 200+ schools and we run after school clubs, workshops, and curriculum delivery in schools for children aged 5-12 years old.

We also run clubs in the school holidays providing free child care and hot meals to low income families.

Who are we looking for?

Somebody who is:

- Reliable

- Has a strong grasp of the written English language

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Decision making, Business, Organisation, Customer Support
• Availability to travel: No
