  • Client Information:

    The Client is an energy cost reduction and consulting firm serving industrial companies and other large facilities. By working closely with their clients, solutions to short and long-term energy-saving problems are ferreted out, eliminating confusion and accelerating implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Outbound Calling for Utility Companies

    • Research and Data Entry

    • Submit daily activity reports (note all activities for each day, person contacted, etc.)

    • Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned

    Must Haves:

    • Well versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Applications

    • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment

    • Workstation must be conducive for meetings and calls

    • Strong communication and listening skills

    • Great attention to detail

    • Honest with the challenges facing

    • Patient and has the ability to do things right

    • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction

    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

    • Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills

    • Should have an understanding of the client’s businesses and needs

    Work Schedule: Between 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time

    Home Office Requirements:

    · Perfectly working headset and webcam

    · Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

    · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

    · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
