    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage business and personal calendar

    • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flight, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary/travel document preparation

    • Create, manage and submit expense reports

    • Coordinate schedules through correspondence with stakeholders – physicians, vendors, sponsor companies

    • Manage a comprehensive task list and upcoming projects

    • Help with planning and executing events

    • Organize projects as requested including different researching options for various projects

    • Other tasks that may be assigned


    • At least 3 years work experience in a similar role

    • Understanding or interest in the healthcare industry an advantage

    • Proficient in English and excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

    • Resourceful with strong project management skills

    • Proven ability to handle heavy scheduling

    • Impeccable attention to detail and deadlines and highly organized work ethic

    • Trustworthy and discreet in reference to confidential information

    • Can work for 4 hours in US shift
