  • Client Information:

    The Client is a real estate expert who provides professional services based on her experience, knowledge, and skills. She specializes in the local market and she can provide any information to those who are buying or selling properties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project and operations management

    • CRM's set up and maintenance

    • Email marketing and automation

    • Workflows

    • MLS management, pulling together lists

    • Marketing flyers & Social media management

    • Onboarding new clients

    • Onboarding follow-up and scheduling (Set up MLS for each new client, follow-up on contract, etc.)

    • Title research (potentially need to call to get information)

    Must Haves:

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    • Experience/Familiar in the ff:

    - Multiple Listing Service

    - Zip Forms

    - DocuSign

    - MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    - Canva

    - Google Docs

    - Zoom

    Nice to Haves:

    • CRMs experience

    • Experience with Plann or Later app

    Work Schedule: Between 10:00am - 6:00pm Pacific Standard Time

    Home Office Requirements:

    · Perfectly working headset and webcam

    · Stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps

    · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

    · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
