  • Company:

    The client is a kitchen exhaust maintenance company they also do fabrications for kitchen exhaust systems as well

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer inquiry via email and phone call

    • Contact customers for service and payment related coordination

    • Perform administrative tasks

    • Perform data entry and manage CRM tool

    • Other tasks that may be assigned

    Skills:

    • With at least 1 year of work experience in customer service or any similar role

    • Good English communication skills – both verbal and written

    • Knowledge in Salesforce and Microsoft Tools

    • Can work with minimum supervision and can handle multiple tasks

    • Can work part-time for 4 hours

    • Can start as soon as possible
