We are a growing Bacolod-based Knowledge Process Outsourcing Company that specializes in non-voice back-office support for clients in AU and NZ.

Requirements & Qualifications:

-Excellent verbal and written English skills

-High level of accuracy and attention to detail

-Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

-Tech-savvy or could work with technology

-Ability to follow clear processes consistently

-Completed at least 2 years in Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

-At least 1-year relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Duties & Responsibilities

-Performing back-office processes

-Performing general admin tasks

-Keeping and organizing documents

-Data entry and database management

-Performing basic research

-Making and receiving calls – when applicable

-Social media management – when applicable
