• Well Organised, • Good Excel user, • Fast worker, Confident and bold individual, • Excellent communication skill (written and verbal), • Social Media / communication / appointment setting, • Calendar management. • Basic Article writing • Work 5 days a week (8 hours per day) • Do internet research • Write Emails • Email Management/Filtering • Booking appointments with clients by Phone or Email or social media • Following up with (sending thank you and other reminder emails). • File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc) • Database building (eg. updating email or contact lists on CRM) • Basic Technical skill – wordpress edit, Setting up Autoresponders (Mailchimp or any other), basic html Newsletter - mailchimp, Photo editing - Canva or topography etc, Video Editing – majesto or movie maker, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
