  • Job Summary:

    We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Assistant to handle all communications with the company. The Virtual Assistant's responsibilities will also include managing corporate schedules, making travel plans and issuing invoices.


    -Bachelor’s Degree in any field

    -Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service or relevant role.

    -Experience in Australian Bookkeeping, finance and accounting is a plus.

    -Strong attention to details and analytical skills.

    -Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

    -Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

    -Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines

    -Excellent typing and time management skills

    -Solid organizational skills


    -Respond to emails, inquiries and phone calls

    -Engages in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms

    -Researches on social media trends and works on strengthening the company’s social media presence.

    -Schedules posts regularly on all the company’s social media platforms.

    -Schedule meetings and organize managers’ calendars

    -Manage a contact list and social media communications

    -Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records

    -Perform market research

    -Create presentations, as assigned

    -Address employees administrative queries

    -Provide customer service as first point of contact

    -Assist with other AdHoc tasks
