    Primary Relationships: Account Manager, Client Staff Team

    Scope and Purpose:

    As an Virtual Assistant, you will be required to operate in a number of different capacities. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, research, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, be extremely fast at solving problems, excellent in task management, time management, tactical leadership, and overall accountability.

    You will be required to operate in a confidential manner as some tasks may require maneuvering business-critical items. Time is always of the essence in your role. Likely the most vital understanding of the portion in which you will fill is executing visions from the team and doing that with minimal oversight - yet expected to show results. We give you the tools to succeed - you decide your own level of success.



    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Analyzing business processes

    Acting as an internal consultant, developing short and long-term strategies for the organization

    Coordinating and leading key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization

    Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

    Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance

    Regularly attending departmental and/or project meetings as required

    Displaying professional communication via phone, text, and email

    Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

    Preparing or monitoring invoices and expense reports

    Organizing and scheduling meetings an appointments

    Booking appointments or travel arrangements

    Researching and creating presentations

    Managing phone calls and emails

    Maintaining a digital filing system

    Task & Project Management

    Social Media Management

    Handling multiple projects

    Management of LinkedIn

    Managing contact lists

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Bachelor Degree holder of Business Administration, Finance or Equivalent

    Must be willing and able to make outbound sales/lead generation calls

    Detail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product

    Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)

    Good time management and task management skills

    Noticeable organizational and prioritization skills

    Ability to work independently and meticulously

    Very good computer skills; computer literate

    Ability to work well under pressure

    Ability to maintain confidentiality

    Able to demonstrate Initiative

    High level of intelligence

    40 words per minute typing minimum

    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

    Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendars)

    Bonus: Sales experience, Lead Generation Experience, Real Estate Experience.

    Experience:

    A minimum of 1-2 years in a BPO setting or equivalent as an Virtual Assistant

    Working Conditions:

    Duties are performed within an open office environment using office computer equipment.

    Involves regularly sitting in front of and utilizing a computer.
