PMVA is in need of Virtual Assistants for our Real Estate clients.
- No experience required
- Training Supplied
- Office-based admin career
- Strictly NO WFH (Office Based Job - Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga)
DUTIES:
- Advertising properties (charging advertising, order sign boards etc.)
- Responding to rental inquiries
- Sending weekly reports to property manager/owner for available properties
- Uploading inspections and creating inspection runs
- Process tenancy applications and updating application tracker
- Typing, transcribing plus editing video condition reports
- Sending smoke alarm work orders
- Prepare and issue invoices, sales and leasing contract (including special terms and conditions)
- Prepare lease renewal and bond form
- Scheduling routine inspection and send out notices
- Preparing monthly property management report
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Prepare and send breach and or termination notices in arrears
- Compile manage and maintain condition report audit
- Data Entry
- Other administrative tasks the client will require
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally a graduate of any 4-year or 2-year course.
- Well-versed in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive attitude towards assisting and helping others
- Keen to details.
- Adept with important computer skills including MS Office/G-Suite Applications.
- Knowledgeable in email etiquette.
- Able to organize files and effectively retrieve data
- Capable of meeting deadlines.
- Good analytical skills in a problem-solving environment.
- Someone who has a sense of self responsibility. Thus, can handle corrections and criticisms well.
- Disciplined and has a great attitude towards work
- No attendance issues.

Console and cloud-based PropertyMe Training Partner. In addition to her Training and Consulting company
Property Management Institute of Training, she consulted to more than 6,000 agencies and trained more than
20,000 Property Managers in best practice, software and compliance throughout Australia and New Zealand.
In 2016 her clients began demanding higher levels of quality support that were efficient and cost effective.
Hence the creation of Property Management Virtual Assistant. She set up offshore operations in the Philippines
with headquarters in Brisbane, Australia and began the long journey into teaching and systemising more than
1,600 back-end processes to fully outsource, run and manage the administration of a property management
business.
With more than 100 employees, 100+ agencies under full time support and 40,000+ Residential properties
under admin management, PMVA continues to grow and expand their services. They have seen more than
700% growth in 2017/18 and became finalists in the 2018 Telstra Business Awards making it into the Top 5
businesses in Queensland operating less than 3 years.
With further plans for expansion into the future PMVA is focused on reducing their clients fixed operating costs
by $100,000 per year while at the same time increasing their capacity to add a further 200 properties to the rent
roll without recruiting or training any additional local staff.
