  • We are looking for a Virtual assistant that can grow into the right hand person for the owner of the company. Do you have amazing organizational and communication skills? Are you a fluent English speaker? Are you someone that enjoys getting to know a variety of personalities in a fun working environment?

    This is an entry level administrative assistant position with room for growth. To begin, we are looking for someone who is very organized, detail oriented, and a super people person. You will work under the guidance.

    The ideal candidate should be:

    Extremely organized

    Great communication skills (verbal and written)


    Strong work ethic

    Motivated self-starter

    Ready to learn new skills

    We will train the right person. We expect to find someone who is open, bright, and energetic. A person that can grow with us. The three most important qualities we are looking for: 1) Intelligence 2) Organization 2) Reliability

    This is an entry level position.

  • Knowledge: Microsoft Word, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Adaptation to change, Customer service, Time Management, Organisation, Goal-oriented, Customer Support, Teamwork
