    Prepare and organize database and reports

    Handle confidential employer and client information

    Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients

    Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Must have strong customer service orientation.

    Must have atleast 6months BPO/Callcenter/Customer Service Experience

    Competent in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Google Drive/Sheets. Quickbooks knowledge is a plus.
