  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    Required Duties:

    • Answer phone calls (utilizing Google voice), provide customer service as the first point of contact, and schedule client appointments

    • Create, read, and respond to emails

    • Fill out Client Intake Form, create client profiles, and maintain customer spreadsheets

    • Upload and E-Fax client documents

    • Fill out address labels for marketing

    • Complete QuickBooks invoices

    • Help contractors with their administrative queries

    • Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned

    Optional Duties:

    • Manage social media account

    • Update website

    • Digital marketing

    Must Haves:

    • Proficiency in English (grammar and speech)

    • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or a similar role

    • Familiarity with current technologies

    • Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets٫ particularly MS Office & Google Applications

    • Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling٫ particularly Google Calendar

    • Strong phone٫ email and instant messaging communication skills

    • Great time management skills

    • Unmatched organizational skills

    • Significant experience with current technologies٫ like desktop sharing٫ cloud services, and utilization of phone platforms

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Work Schedule: 10:00am - 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time

    Home Office Requirements:

    • Perfectly working headset and webcam

    • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS

    • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    • Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

    • A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
