  • Job Scope:

    Service Desk Voice Support will be responsible for providing technical support for resolution of customers’ IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries and coordinate with other support teams as necessary to resolve customer requests or incidents

    Qualifications for the role:

    • Open to fresh graduates without experience – any course

    • Open to college undergraduates, atleast 2 years undergrad with minimum 6 months experience

    • Open to college graduates/bachelor degree holders – any course, with or without experience but should be willing to work as Service Desk Voice Support

    • With good knowledge and skills in IT

    • Interest in providing technical support and assistance to clients and end-users via call, chat and email

    • Very good written and verbal English communication skills

    • Willing to work in a shifting schedule, predominantly Nightshift
