Offer description

1. Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
2. Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads and operations to warehouse workers.
3. Check, route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
4. Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for reimbursement of warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
5. Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as required.
6. Monitor automated warehousing system; operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required.
7. Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment,
8. Monitors JNU’s compliance on agreed service level metrics such as SLA (Service level agreement), KPI (Key performance indicator), and inventory and other requirements agreed based on signed contracts.
9. Prepares and reviews logistics proposal and ensures that all agreed conditions are stipulated and written.
10. Review and check principal account billings monitor receipt by the principal.
11. Coordinates with existing logistics principals’ other future requirements regarding business operations.
12. Maintain all company owned property with due diligence and treatment as if the assets are his own.
13. Prepares, maintain file and submits required logistics documents on time.
14. Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly conditions.
15. Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advice of budget-related needs; assist in the bid process for various supplies as required.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
17. Maintain regular attendance.
18. Prepare billings from Clients (Handling in and out, Storage and transport)

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
