Job Description

1. Oversees the day-to-day management and organization of stocks on hand
2. Ensures careful and proper handling of new stocks
3. Regular coordination with the following in terms of achieving stock preparation targets set by the management.
a. Internal Order Processing Officer
b. External Order Processing Officer
c. Logistics Staff

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for ALL the products (local, imported, aduana)-receiving, oversees unloading of container trucks.
2. Responsible for checking upon receiving items from local supplier to imported supplier & forwarder.
3. Responsible for product pull out based on PO
4. Responsible for the systematic arrangement of goods/products for easy pull out
5. Responsible for sorting and placing of new stocks or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards set by management
6. Responsible for keeping inventory controls by filing PO received on a daily basis
7. Responsible for conducting physical inventory on a regular basis/as needed/based on instructions by management
8. Responsible for maintaining safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and work stations neat.
9. Responsible for keeping safe returned/damaged products from customers to be returned to local suppliers upon arrival to immediately identify who’s liable with the damages.
10. Responsible for handling and managing the keys of warehouse.
11. Responsible together with the cleaner to check all lights and electronic devices are off and unplugged upon leaving office and warehouse premises.
12. Responsible for not being late so office is opened on time.
13. Create Standard Operating Procedures for packing and delivery standards in coordination with logistic officer and external officer.

Specific Tasks & Responsibilities
Warehousing
1. Receives new stocks being delivered and organizing new stocks in orderly manner.
2. Maintain an inventory by collating and filing of all PO’s served for backtracking and monitoring (Aduana, Local, Imported)
Order Processing
1. Receive PO from Internal order Processing Officer, indicating date and time received.
2. Conducts stock pull out based on PO given received from Internal Order Processing Officer.
3. Facilitate barcoding/labeling of products as requested by External Order Processing Officer.
4. Timely endorsement of pulled out products to External Order Processing Officer.
5. Maintains cleanliness and safety/precautionary measures within the warehouse area.
Damaged & Returns

1. Receive and manually record returns and damaged products
2. Organize returns and damaged products
a. Local Suppliers
i. Organize per supplier for easy pull out when picked up
ii. Log and prepare acknowledgement receipt
iii. Advice/coordinate with External and Internal Order Processing Officers for updating in system
iv. File acknowledgement receipt
v. Organize in one place (damage but saleable/damaged not saleable)
vi. Advice/coordinate with External and Internal Order Processing Officers for updating in system

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Management
