  • Job Descriptions:

    • Keeps and maintains accurate records of receiving of goods

    • Generates packing list for KGAA, SIGMA and Millipore shipments

    • Prepares and sign-off invoices prior to delivery to customers

    • Generates disposal list on a quarterly basis

    • Generate expiring items on monthly basis.

    • Conducts cycle count inventory.

    • Collaborate and assist with Finance on quarterly visit of Finance to the Warehouse and annual inventory count.

    • Prepares various reports such as accrual on billings, excess order line transactions, Order lines, GRN lines and inventory.

    • Records deviation (backload) in the Trackwise

    • Coordinates any related warehouse concerns to Main Office.

    • Achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

    • Check the billing of forwarders, prepares request for payment and creates ticket.

    Qualifications:

    1. Must be a graduate of ANY 4-year course

    2. At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehousing, and inventory control; Experience in Chemicals is an advantage

    3. Must be amenable for project based of 4-5 months

    4. Temporary work from home but might need to report on-site (West Service Road in Muntinlupa) from time to time

    5. Can start ASAP
