Graduate of any four year course

At least two to three years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor

Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.

With Background in Construction Industry

Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.

Willing to render long working hours as needed arises

Willing to be assigned in Talayan Village, Quezon City

Duties and Responsibilities:

Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving,

identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and

employee performance

• Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area

Hire, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse

employees assign workloads etc.

• Route, schedule, pack, prepare, load, issue, store and deliver materials, supplies

or equipment

• Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for

reimbursements of warehouse codes, complete requisitions for needed materials

to assure adequate stock levels.

• Monitor automated warehousing system; operate computer to enter data, correct

errors and control key screens as required.

• Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary;

assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and

equipment

• Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, SAP
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
