  • POSITION TITLE: WAREHOUSEMAN

    REPORTS TO: PROPERTY MANAGER

    JOB SUMMARY: The position ensures proper documentation and monitoring of all incoming and outgoing assets of the company. Part of his responsibilities is to keep a proper inventory level of all materials.

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides administrative support to the property department. Conducts extensive and accurate monitoring of all incoming and outgoing materials on the company’s project site.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    INVENTORY MANAGEMENT & CONTROL

    • Monitors movement of all company’s assets including but not limited to office supplies, equipments, documents and etc.

    • Prepares equipments and materials that will be taken to corporate related events with fully furnished and approved documents (gate pass, request, and audit supervision).

    • Tracks supplies from property stocks and makes necessary requests as deemed necessary

    • Receives requisitions for suppliers from different departments before requests are forwarded to the head office; follow up requisitions of suppliers and equipment with the head office.

    • Issues purchase requisition for departments request with supporting documents attached.

    DOCUMENTATION

    • Receives, verifies and conducts quality inspection to all incoming and outgoing company’s assets and supplies.

    • Issues collaterals, office supplies, gadgets, and office equipment with corresponding documentations.

    • Releases return slips to resigned employees together and checks surrendered accounted equipments.

    • Secures clearances of documents for items that will be returned to property.

    • Coordination to every department and immediate head with property related concerns.

    REPORTS & RECORDS MANAGEMENT

    • Maintains and updates stock cards for suppliers on hand.

    • Does periodic (annual/ periodic/ special) inventory of fixed assets, tools, equipment and supplies.

    • Prepares reports on company’s fixed assets.

    OTHERS:

    • Perform miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned

    • Perform general office support functions and assists personnel as necessary.

    • Other duties that may assigned from time to time.

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Candidate must possess a vocational degree in any filed.

    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the field of warehouse/ inventory management is required for this position.

    • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

    • Experience from a real estate company is an advantage but not required for the position.

    * Reliever ONLY.

    • Willing to work in Cavite and can start ASAP.
