The Warranty Officer is responsible in overseeing the entire warranty process. He is also responsible in checking, monitoring and making sure that all warranty claims are reported by the dealer. Ensures that all warranty reports are properly documented on all verifying criteria needed.


    Responsible in promoting teamwork, maintaining discipline and keeping the team morale high.

    Provides leadership for warranty personnel.

    Evaluate warranty claims if valid or not.

    Ensures that all approved and disapproved warranty claims and warranty reports are accurately documented.

    Ensures that all payments for all approved warranty claims and incurred warranty expenses are made before the deadline.

    Ensures that warranty reports for are properly documented and encoded upon approval.

    Coordinate to Dealer Operations to conduct audit to dealers who are delayed in surrendering and/or not surrendering warranty parts and/or TSB parts.

    Process all warranty claims in a timely manner.

    Review and process all returned / rejected / adjusted warranty claims, track each claim until its final resolution.

    Put warranty tag in the warranty room for proper storage.

    Segregate the small to big warranty parts in the storage room.

    Prepare warranty reports.

    Coordinate with Warranty supervisor, Technical Service Officer and Technical Manager for difficult judgment/s.

    Follow up Dealers with pending claims.

    Coordinate with spare parts department on warranty parts request and warranty parts to be sent.

    Ensures that all customer and service records are kept and organized into a comprehensive filing system to make sure that all payments sent and received are accounted

    Evaluate and check all warranty parts submitted.

    Monitor TSB’s, Special service campaigns and its accomplishment.

    Overall responsible in receiving, monitoring of warranty parts from the dealership network and CSD, maintain this for 6 months prior for disposal

    Responsible to monitor warranty parts status to the dealership network and CSD including warranty and free parts provided.

    Coordinate and get approval to dispose warranty parts after six months (Some warranty parts item can be disposed before six months).

    Perform such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.



    - Graduate of any 4 year College degree preferably Automotive related course.

    - 3years experience in an Automotive Industry or Warranty Processing

    - Customer Service Oriented

    - Computer Literate

    - Knowledge on motor vehicle parts, servicing and warranty is an advantage

    - Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
