Job Description
Educational Account assist students with inquiries and navigation of the university website.
Provide first line of support for any system issues relating to enrollment, registration. In addition, resolve customer/user concerns in a satisfactory and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be within 4 hours from CDO mother site, in case of internet/power connectivity failures - candidate will be asked to work onsite instead
- Candidate must be able to provide 3 screenshots for internet speedtest:
- Excellent communication and analytic skills.
Salary Package - 17,000 a month
