    • a Filipino citizen or hold relevant status

    • college graduate or 2nd year in college with 3 months to 1 year experience

    in a customer service related industry.

    • proficient in using a computers and related technologies

    • with above average to excellent communication skills in English

    • confident and professional in speaking to customers
