Job Description:
We are looking for an accounting staff to oversee our company's overall accounting and financial operations.

You will be in charge of all daily accounting tasks, such as creating tax forms and keeping expense records. You will carry out financial transactions and enter them into the general ledger with great care. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks (e.g. responding to clients via email and handling invoices).

Responsibilities of the Job:
-Maintain accurate accounting records and files.
-Budget evaluation and expense reporting
-Tax laws must be investigated, and tax returns and payments must be managed.
-To clients, discuss private accounting issues in the general ledger, post transactions, and categorize records (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
-Compare bank statements
-Examine transactions involving internal and external stakeholders.
-Close on a monthly and annual basis.
preparing paperwork for audits
-Provide financial advice to clients over the phone or via email.
-Implement new accounting principles and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations.
-Work to enhance financial procedures and report to the accounting manager.

Qualifications:
-BS degree in Accounting or Finance (Fresh Graduate)
-With or without Experience
-With good communication skills both written & oral
-Has initiative and can work under minimum supervision
-Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities within deadlines
