Offer description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you are responsible for providing technical assistance to customers and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and logging all interactions in a ticketing system
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Providing clear and concise explanations of technical issues and solutions to customers in a non-technical manner
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support staff as needed
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, software updates, and new technologies
• Documenting technical knowledge in a knowledge base to be used as reference for future support requests
• Staying organized and managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues
• Providing on-site support as needed
• Maintaining a positive, professional demeanor at all times and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Technical Support Specialist must have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Vocational
• 1 year of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Communication and persuasion, Technology, Information technology
• Availability to travel: Yes
