  • Description

  • As a Website Administrator, your tasks and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

    * Sourcing images and content from suppliers that can be used on the website to supplement and overhaul the existing content of the website

    * Where necessary Product information needs to be researched from relevant sources, created, and updated on the website

    * Descriptions to be updated where necessary for accuracy

    * All Product attributes and filter groups to be checked and updated,

    * Additional filters to be created where necessary for ease of searching. ie adding a filter of the maximum zoom on a scope or the diameter of the tube as a search option to assist refinement

    * All 12000 products need to be individually addressed and updated.

    * Where possible multiple images of high quality need to be sourced, cropped if necessary, and uploaded to the correct products

    * Adding additional content as instructed on an Adhoc basis

    * Every week, a 30-minute meeting is to be held to review the progress.

    * All progress to be recorded in Google Sheets so that, at any time, a staff member can see if the product has been updated.

    Key Attributes:

    * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

    * Fast learner, highly efficient, and can work well with minimal supervision

    * Knowledgeable in the proprietary platform and open platform systems

    * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    * Positive attitude and service-oriented personality

    * A strong command of the English language

    * Strong work ethic, high efficiency, and a very high level of commitment to the role

    * Strongly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and an unfailing commitment to achieve the required outcomes

    * A high level of accuracy with your work

    *Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps) and a desktop computer/laptop at home is a MUST

    ** Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience**
