Responsibilities:
-Will be in charge of giving our clients great service by promptly responding to their inquiries.
-Through inbound or outbound conversations, you will communicate with our customers about activities on their accounts, such as payments, loans, charges, interest rates, rewards, and other matters.
Qualifications:
-Work on Site
-At least High School Graduate/ Senior High School Graduate
-Good communication skills
-Accounting and Finance Graduate and with at least 6 months Accounts Receivable experience (non-negotiable)
(Accounts Receivable Experience in Related to Accounts Receivable, Collections, Account Reconciliation, Banking, Payment Allocation, Credit Hold)
