• Must have a collections account background ( at least 5 years)
• Must have a trainer/training experience BPO
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong leadership Skills
• Very creative and has high technical skills
• Tenure preferred is 5 years plus in the collections industry
• Preferred with banking background in this area
• Willing to work Full Time
• Willing to start immediately
• Amenable to work onsite

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English
