Qualifications:

HS Grads are allowed

Native (Japanese citizen)

Japanese citizen with active tourist visa



NON-Native (Filipino citizen)

2 years completed /College Graduate

with 5 years Japanese call center experience or Lives and worked in Japan for at least 10 years



Japanese language fluency must be on business level

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Language(s): English ,Japanese
• Knowledge: Customer service, Communication and persuasion
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
