- Booking platform for anything that you need for a business travel. Coordinating with suppliers (airlines, hotels, car rentals, etch).

- The WF Team Leader is responsible for the solid overall workforce and client management, and will take full ownership on supervising and motivating team members. To succeed you will need to be professionally focused on optimizing department processes and building lasting relationship with stakeholders.

- Demonstrate ability to relate to, communicate with and motivate employees to sustain high performance and quality levels.

- Assist, report, and coordinate operational concerns or issues to relevant support departments, such as IT (computers, headsets, software, etc.), HR (payroll issues), etc.

- Attend to internal and/or client meetings, calibration sessions, etc.,

- Ensures 100% goal attainment of ALL Operational KPIs.

- Administer HR and Department policies as instructed.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 5 years of experience
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability of change of residence: No
