MR. SOFTY ICE CREAM, INC. (MSIC) is a family-owned corporation established on November 10, 2000, to initially offer soft ice cream. Foreseeing the potential prospects of the soft ice cream, the Perea family decided to have the company officially registered thus engaging in the business of manufacturing goods such as soft ice cream flavor mixes and equipment and to trade the same to wholesale/retail basis. MR. SOFTY ICE CREAM is reigstered as a company with the SECURITIES & EXCHANGE COMMISSION (SEC Reg. No. A200103785) and secured its perit to sell on March 15, 2001 and thus began its commercial operations. MR. SOFTY ICE CREAM, likewise, secured the approval and its License to Operate as Food Manufacturer from the Bureau of Food Administration and Drugs (BFAD issued on September 28, 2001) to guarantee the superb quality and taste of Mr. Softy ice cream.

MR. SOFTY ICE CREAM has grown incredibly fast in such a short period of time since it started operations. With over 120 Mr. Softy outlets nationwide located in big malls such as SM Supermalls, Robinsons, Gaisano, among others; schools and public markets - thus gaining more popularity and presence in the market due to its continuous marketing MR. SOFTY ICE CREAM gave birth also to two (2) sister companies -- Mr. Softy Franchise Systems, Inc. offering franchise business to potential business partners and Effective Marketing the commissary unit of Mr. Softy.
