Pandiman Philippines, Inc., a shipping and Protection & Indemnity (P&I) organization, has been operating in the country for thirty five (35) years and is still growing. Pandiman is a correspondent in the Philippines for the majority of the P&I Associations (or Clubs) of the International Group. The company is located in Intramuros, Manila.

Pandiman's location is well suited for its purpose, being in Manila's dockland and close to the offices of the majority of those registered manning agents involved in the hiring of Filipino crew for many of the world's ocean going vessels. Also in the area are the Bureau of Immigration, the Department of Labor and Employment, the Philippine Ports Authority and the Coast Guard, to name but a few of the Government bodies with whom Pandiman maintains close contact and whose authority and cooperation have a vital effect upon P & I related matters.

Pandiman's daily routine necessitates close liaison with the government arms most closely involved with the manning industry of the Philippines, namely the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) and the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC)., AMOSUP, National Conciliation & Mediation Board (NCMB) of the Department of Labour & Employment (DOLE); Regular Trial Court (RTC); Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
